Starchasers II

I'll start by saying that few sci-fi pieces have amazed me as much as this one.

Normally sci-fi pieces (at least, the ones i've seen) only include one reality, like only space or only planet life, but this astouding piece combines realities from the deepest core of a planet to the far reaches of the universe blending and meshing them in a unique way and making use of a mix of stunning and subtle colours.

And yet, the most impressive feature of this piece is how the objects (i.e. plants, buildings, etc) seem fit for the colour they are in.

Hmmm...enough talking about colour, since i have to refer the mastery used to draw and create every single object, from the flowing magma, passing by the exotic plants (or algae, or both? <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/r/r…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Razz)"/>), through a futuristic city and heading into the space.


There are only two flaws in this piece, only one of them being of relevance to the piece.

1º This one has no relevance to the picture itself, but the whole piece would look better if it was slighly wider, but it's only a personal taste.


2º I think the top part could be a bit better if it was added to it some objects like a spceship or a station, since it seems kinda empty to me.


Overral this is an amazing piece, a must see for all fiction lovers and even worthy of a DD.
